Our annual convention is one of the most important events on the Indian Travel calendar.

1000 - 1700 hrs Registration for IATO Run for Responsible Tourism at Swosti Premium Beach Resorts, Puri, Odisha
1300 - 1415 hrs Lunch at Swosti Premium Beach Resorts, hosted by IATO. Delegates staying at other hotels will be transferred to Swosti Premium Beach Resorts at 1230 hrs from respective hotel. Lunch will be served till 1415 hours.
1615 – 1645 hrs Delegates start arriving at Swosti Premium Beach Resorts for the Inaugural Function. High Tea and proceed to the convention hall for inaugural function.

Important Information

  • Please fill up the complete form and do not leave any column blank.

  • Registration forms duly filled in along with the fee need to be forwarded to: Indian Association of Tour Operators, 310, Padma Tower- II, 22, Rajendra Place, New Delhi-110008.

  • All payments by cheque/demand draft should be drawn in favour of “Indian Association of Tour Operators” on any Delhi bank. Payment can be made online on www.iato.in by Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card

  • Registration Form without payment will not be accepted

  • Last date for registration is 10th August, 2025 (without late fee).

  • Late fee supplement of Rs. 1000/- would be charged for Registration Forms received on or after 11th August 2025.

  • If cancellation is received on or before 11th August 2025, the amount will be refunded, after deduction of Rs. 1000/- towards secretarial charges. No refund will be made if cancellation is received after 11th August 2025.

  • Any change or substitution in the name of the delegate will attract a charge of Rs. 500/- per substitution as secretarial charges.

  • While IATO has negotiated special discounted rates with the hotels and will help you in getting room reservation on first-come-first serve basis, the delegates shall have to pay all hotel charges including room tariff directly to the hotels.

  • Hotels will charge one-night retention in case of cancellation received on or after 10th August 2025.

  • In case of cancellation is received after 10th August 2025/or in case of no show, hotel will charge retention for the whole nights booked.

  • For such cancellations/No shows, Hotel will send the invoice/bills to IATO which will be sent to the concerned delegate for settlement directly with the hotel under intimation to IATO.

  • Copy of Aadhaar Card for self and spouse must be enclosed while submitting your registration form

  • We have limited inventory of rooms splitted in 8 hotels in different categories and all are of good quality and we have negotiated very special rate with all of them. Delegates who wish to book accommodation through IATO, need to give at least Three Choice of your hotel out of the list attached. We shall try to accommodate you in the hotel of your choice but it cannot be guaranteed.

  • Last date for registration of post-convention tours is 10th August 2025. However, this will be on first come first serve basis subject to availability of rooms in each tour.

  • Please note delegates who are travelling with spouse or companion and opt for Post-Convention Tours if spouse/companion withdraws from the Post Tour later, hotel accommodation would be given to the other delegates in the waitlist as all rooms are on twin sharing basis.

  • Allotment of Hotel accommodation for the post tour would be on the discretion of the Registration Committee and cannot be challenged by the delegate as these are complimentary.

  • Members opting for post-convention tours should book their return flight as per the timings given in the post tour details.

  • It will be compulsory for all the delegate to follow SoPs/Guidelines issued by the MoHFW and the State Government.

Various post-convention tours and spouse tours have been arranged for the delegates and for their spouses as details given below. Delegates interested to join the tour may indicate tour no. on the registration form. (Program and number of tours shall remain subject to change).

Spouse Tour Details

Spouse Tour – 1 - 23RD August 2025 - Half day tour – (1400 T0 1730 HRS), Puri – Raghurajpur - Sakhigopal Temple - Puri

At 1400 hours Depart from Swosti Premium Beach Resorts. Drive to Raghurajpur artisans village. Visit Sakhigopal Temple. Back to Swosti Premium Beach Resorts by 1730 hrs

Spouse Tour - 2 : 24th August 2025 – Half Day Tour (1000 To 1400 Hrs), Puri – Satpada – Puri

At 1000 hours, departure from Swosti Premium Beach Resorts. Drive to Satpada. Take 1 hour boat ride to witness Irrawaddy Dolphins. Back to Swosti Premium Beach Resorts. Lunch at hotel.

Post-Convention Tours Details  (On Twin Sharing Basis)

25th August 2025 – Same Day Return, Puri – Konark – Bhubaneswar

After breakfast drive to visit Lord Jagannath Temple. Proceed to Bhubaneswar Via Konark Temple. Lunch in Bhubaneswar. After short drive through Bhubaneswar city drop at Bhubaneswar Airport by 1715 hours to take onward flight.

25th to 26th August 2025 - One night/ Two days, Puri – Konark – Bhubaneswar

Day 1 : Puri – Konark – Bhubaneswar

After breakfast drive to Jagannath Temple and then proceeed to Konark. Enroute visit Sudams sand art museum. Visit to Sun temple & Interpretation centre. Lunch at Konark. Proceed to Bhubaneswar enroute visit Dhauli the Peace Pagoda. Check in to the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay.>

Day 2 : Bhubaneswar sightseeing & departure

After breakfast visit to famous city temples including Lingaraj, Parsurameswar, Mukteswar. After lunch on time transfer to Bhubaneswar Airport by 1600 hours to take onward flight .

25th to 27th August 2025, Two nights/Three days, Puri – Gopalpur – Chilika – Bhubaneswar

Day 1 : Puri – Gopalpur

After breakfast drive to Gopalpur. Check in. Lunch at hotel. Later visit to Taratarini temple. Back to hotel. Dinner & stay.

Day 2 : Gopalpur – Chilika

After breakfast drive to Chilika. Check in to the resort. Lunch. Take a boat ride to visit Kalijai temple situated on an island. Back for lunch. Rest time enjoy indoor activities. Dinner & stay.

Day 3 : Chilika – Bhubaneswar sightseeing & drop

After breakfast drive to Bhubaneswar & visit to Udayagiri caves. On time drop at Bhubaneswar Airport by 1700 hrs to take onward flight.

Post Tour No. 4 – Rs. 2655 Per Pax 

25th to 27th August 2025, Two nights/Three Days; Puri – Konark - Dhenkanal – Bhubaneswar

Day 1 : Puri – Konark – Bhubaneswar

After breakfast drive to Bhubaneswar & on time transfer at Bhubaneswar Airport by 1400 hrs to take onward flight.

25 th to 27 th August 2025, Two Nights/Three Day, Puri-Bhitarkanika-Bhubaneswar (Antara River Cruise)

Day 1 : Puri – Gupti

Depart from Puri at 7.30 am and arrive at Gupti for embarkation onboard Catamaran at Gupti at about 2 pm. Lunch. Overnight onboard catamaran.

Day 2 : Gupti – Dangamal

After breakfast full day sailing into the rich and unique mangrove ecosystem with creeks, mudflats and estuaries to arrive in Dangamal, en-route looking for Estuarine Crocodile, spotted deer, monitor lizard, wild boar, Indian Python, Rhesus Macaque and variety of birds. If time permits, visit the orientation centre. Later sail back to Gupt. Dinner and Overnight onboard Catamaran at Gupti.

Day 3: Gupti – Bhubaneswar

After breakfast at 0900 hrs disembark and proceed to Bhubaneswar airport to reach airport by 2 pm to take onward flight after 4 pm

Post Tour No.6: Rs. 2655 Per Pax 

25 th to 27 th August 2025, Two nights/Three Days, Puri – Bhitarkanika – Bhubaneswar

Day 1 : Puri – Bhitarkanika

After early breakfast drive to Bhitarkanika. Check in to the resort. Lunch at resort. Afternoon near by sightseeing. Dinner & night stay at Resort.

Day 2 : Bhitarkanika

After breakfast go for sightseeing inside Bhitarkanika National park and other places of interest. Back to resort for Lunch. Visit other places of interest. Dinner at the resort.

Day 3 : Bhitarkanika – Bhubaneswar - Dep transfer

After Breakfast, checkout and proceed to Bhubaneswar airport to reach airport by 2 pm to take onward flight after 4 pm

25th to 29th August 2025, Four nights/Five days, Puri – Phulbani – Rayagada – Jeypore - Vizag

Day 1 : Puri – Phulbani

After breakfast drive to Phulbani. Enroute lunch. Check in to the hotel. Dinner & night stay.

Day 2 : Phulbani – Rayagada

After breakfast drive to Rayagada enroute visit Kutia Kondha Tribal Villages & Weekly Market at Kothagarh. Lunch on the way. Drive to Rayaguda. Dinner & Overnight stay.

Day 3 : Rayagada – Chatikona – Jeypore

Morning after breakfast, drive to Chatikona to witness the weekly market of Dongriya tribes ( market commence on Wednesday only ) . Also visit to tribal villages. Check in to the hotel & Overnight stay.

Day 4 : Jeypore – Onukadelli – Jeypore

After breakfast drive to Onukadelli to visit the famous Bonda tribes (market commence on Thursday only) who comes once every week for their weekly market. It is a unique opportunity to see such a colourful concentration of typical tribals at one place. Most interesting is to watch the Bonda woman in their colourful Jewellaries and marketing commodities. Back to hotel & overnight stay.

Day 5 : Jeypore – Vizag & dep

After breakfast drive to Vizag and drop at Vizag airport by 1500 hours to take onward flight.
